Are your prices really ex-VAT, ex-Windhoek?
Yes. Every SKU is listed at the net price you'd pay on a bare invoice, before VAT and before any courier fee out of our Windhoek warehouse. Delivery quotes are added line-by-line when you accept.

What does "in stock" mean?
It's on a pallet, in the warehouse, with a SKU on the bin. The number against each product reads from our WMS every fifteen minutes — there is no backorder game.

Who qualifies for trade pricing?
Registered installers, EPCs, and resellers. Submit your CC1 and a recent project list via apply-for-trade; we approve most accounts within one working day.

Do you ship outside Namibia?
We despatch to South Africa, Botswana, and Angola via partnered freight forwarders. Pricing remains ex-Windhoek; cross-border duties are quoted separately.

What's the warranty path?
All product warranties are handled locally — we don't send you to an overseas distributor. RMA turnaround averages eight working days from receipt of the failed unit.

Can you size a system for me?
Yes — send a load list or your last three utility bills and our team returns a sized bill of materials at no charge.

How do volume discounts work?
Discounts apply automatically from 5 units of the same SKU and step again at 10, 25, and 50. Tier pricing is visible on your trade dashboard once approved.
