Identity & Contact: Name, email address, physical delivery address, billing address, and phone number.
Financial Data: Payment details are processed securely via our payment gateways, including DPO Pay and PayToday. We do not store full credit card or banking details on our servers.
Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and other details of products or services you have purchased from us.

B. Quote Request Data (Project Installations):
When you use our “Request a quote” form, we collect specific information to accurately price and design your energy system:

Personal & Business Info:
Your name, company or EPC/installer name (optional), email address, and phone number.
Project Specifications:
Project type (e.g., residential hybrid), system size (e.g., under 5 kW), installation region (e.g., Khomas (Windhoek)), and your estimated total spend budget.
Property & Utility Documents:
Uploaded utility documents, specifically your water bill, which we use to verify property details and assess utility consumption profiles.
Project Briefs:
Specific SKUs, structural descriptions, or custom text provided in the project brief section.

C. Automated Data Collection:
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, time zone setting, and operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following legitimate business purposes:

Fulfilling Orders & Quotes: To process your e-commerce purchases, deliver products, and formulate accurate pricing for installation quotes based on your specific project brief and uploaded utility bills.
Customer Support: To communicate with you regarding your order status, installation scheduling, and to provide technical support.

Security & Fraud Prevention: To secure our website and verify the legitimacy of high-value equipment orders

Marketing: To send you relevant updates or promotions, provided you have explicitly opted in.

3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted third parties necessary to operate our business:

Logistics & Delivery: Your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared with our courier partners, including NamPost and Dawn Wing Namibia, for the physical delivery of e-commerce goods.
Subcontractors & Installers: If your quote requires third-party EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or local installers, we may share your project brief, region, and system size to facilitate the installation process.
Payment Processors: Necessary transaction data is shared securely with our payment gateways.

4. Confidentiality and NDAs
We understand that project briefs, structural plans, and utility documents (like your water bill) are highly sensitive. As indicated on our quote submission form, we will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request to ensure your proprietary project details are legally protected from unauthorized sharing or competitive use.

5. Cookies and Tracking
Our e-commerce store utilizes essential cookies to maintain your shopping cart session and secure your checkout process. We also use analytical cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
